A 17-year-old boy has appeared in courtroom charged with homicide in a Dublin restaurant on Christmas Eve.
Tristan Sherry, 26, was killed by a gunman who attacked Brown’s Steakhouse on Fundamental Avenue in Blanchardstown.
The boy, who appeared in Dublin District Court docket on Saturday, can’t be named due to his age.
He’s the fourth individual to be charged in reference to the incident.
The boy was remanded in custody to seem within the Kids’s Court docket once more on Wednesday.
One other man, James Hennessy Sr., 48, was severely injured within the capturing on the restaurant and died at a hospital 11 days later.
